The EZ LINE Solid Carbide Cutting Tools Series includes the standard four (4) flute End Mills and two (2) flute Drills in a variety of diameters. These tools are designed to cut soft to medium hardness materials with a hardness of less than 35 HRC.
The DP/DH Design, which reduces overall chatter during machining, and the Gash Land Design, which reinforces edge protection, are included with the EZ Endmills. Our EZ Line Drills feature a Chisel Design, C-Flute Shaping, and effective clearance and gashing, all of which helps to extend tool life. With both the tools having superior coating to protect against wearing and heat.
