Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

• With basic knowledge of CNC programming, CAD/CAM, and machine setup is an added advantage.

Job Description: 

• Assisting the assigned team with day-to-day tasks and project related activities 
• Participating in team meetings and provide input and feedback on ongoing projects
• To take the lead in small mini projects 
• To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time. 

Requirement(s): 

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in relevant field 
• Proficient in computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Knowledge in Power Bi will have an added advantage

Duration:

Job Responsibility:

• Manage assigned overseas customers, distributors, dealers and selected OEM accounts.
• Develop new customer, distributor and channel opportunities in assigned markets.
• Follow up enquiries, RFQs, quotations, samples, tool tests, orders and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams on technical clarification, costing, pricing, delivery and customer issues.
• Track open quotations, conversion status, lost reasons and next actions.
• Support distributor onboarding and development.
• Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and sales pipeline updates.
• Provide regular updates on customer opportunities, distributor progress, market feedback and risks.
• Support sales and gross margin growth from assigned international markets.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, International Business or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in international sales, B2B industrial sales, distributor management, account management or technical commercial sales.
• Experience handling overseas distributors, dealers, OEM customers or B2B industrial accounts.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, machining, tooling, precision products, automotive, aerospace, electronics, metalworking or industrial products will be an advantage.
• Strong commercial sense, follow-up discipline and customer communication skills.
• Able to work with overseas customers and cross-functional internal teams.
• Able to understand technical product requirements at a practical level.
• Familiar with CRM, ERP, Excel, quotation processes and sales pipeline tracking.
• Good written and spoken English.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Quality & Compliance

• Ensure production output meets defined quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular product inspections and verification during production.
• Perform Gemba walks for real-time process monitoring and identification of quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and company quality policies.
• Respond promptly to abnormalities (ABNR) or high rejection cases and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Production Optimization & Efficiency

• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Plan and manage monthly manpower schedules for operators and technicians to ensure optimal utilization.
• Coordinate daily production activities, including job prioritization, monitoring progress, issue resolution, and reporting.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise shop floor operations to ensure maximum productivity.
• Ensure smooth flow of raw materials and work-in-progress (WIP).
• Maintain equipment reliability by coordinating maintenance and evaluating improvements or new methods.
• Optimize machine utilization and job allocation based on manpower availability and attendance.

Team Leadership, Coaching & Support

• Lead, coach, and develop operators and technicians to improve performance and productivity.
• Train new employees on safe machine operation and standard procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, ISO standards, and company policies.
• Identify skill gaps and organize training programs and materials for team development.
• Develop, review, and update SOPs for new processes or products.
• Provide hands-on operational support, including machine operation when manpower is insufficient.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and submit production performance reports to management.
• Ensure clear communication of targets, policies, and updates to the team.
• Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance against targets.
• Identify and resolve operational or personnel issues through data analysis and investigation.
• Support customer complaint investigations with QA and implement CAPA.
• Maintain accurate and systematic production documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 document control requirements.
• Organize and maintain production and quality-related records for easy access and traceability.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in precision tooling or machining.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools.
• Proven experience in NPI and process development.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficient in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CNC machining and precision cutting tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Certification in Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
