Job Requirement
Summary of the Position:
The Marketing Manager leads the Marketing Team, focusing on driving digital transformation for the entire Group's Sales and Marketing functions, with the ultimate goal of increasing customer engagement and sales growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the management, optimization and development of the Group websites
- Coordinate the management of the Group customer database and of email marketing initiatives
- Coordinate social media management to support sales initiatives and strengthen the brand presence and visibility
- Conduct digital PR initiatives to support business development
- Design and implement digital communication initiatives to support specific initiatives (e.g. promotional campaigns)
- Support the adoption of digital tools in the Group commercial subsidiaries (China, Germany, Malaysia)
- Drive the adoption of digital tools to support customer engagement and business opportunities
- Conduct market intelligence to discover new opportunities to leverage digital technologies to improve strategy and operations
- Support and grow the Marketing Team

- Solid expertise in Digital Marketing
- Creative and innovative, able to generate and develop new ideas
- Data and problem analysis, to investigate problems and identify potential causes
- Strong willingness to learn
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Team player, able to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
- Able to write flawlessly in English
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management
- Certifications in digital marketing tools/ methodologies are considered a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Management
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial goods
