Manager - Digital Marketing Specialist   ( 1 Position )

Job Requirement

Summary of the Position:

The Marketing Manager leads the Marketing Team, focusing on driving digital transformation for the entire Group's Sales and Marketing functions, with the ultimate goal of increasing customer engagement and sales growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the management, optimization and development of the Group websites
  • Coordinate the management of the Group customer database and of email marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate social media management to support sales initiatives and strengthen the brand presence and visibility
  • Conduct digital PR initiatives to support business development
  • Design and implement digital communication initiatives to support specific initiatives (e.g. promotional campaigns)
  • Support the adoption of digital tools in the Group commercial subsidiaries (China, Germany, Malaysia)
  • Drive the adoption of digital tools to support customer engagement and business opportunities
  • Conduct market intelligence to discover new opportunities to leverage digital technologies to improve strategy and operations
  • Support and grow the Marketing Team

Assistant Manager - Product Management   ( 1 Position )

Job Requirement

Summary of the Position:

This position is responsible for assisting the Product Management Manager in optimising the company's current product portfolio while also identifying opportunities for future product development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the product planning process, including market and industry insight obtained from desk research and end-user engagement.
  • Support in new product development, from concept to manufacturing setup and finally commercial launch. Assisting also in the marketing campaign and promotion concepts, contributing to sales.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc product reporting to aid decision-making in managing the product lifecycle, in partnership with the Sales Department, to monitor and improve sales and manage obsolete items.
  • Assist in strengthening the Product Management Department's personnel and organisational performance.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Analysis and presentation of data (Excel expert level, Word and PowerPoint good level)
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong collaboration skills - to foster collaboration across the organisation, as well as with customers and end-users.

Work Environment:

Job Requirement

  1. Deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor sales on an on-going basis
  • Manage the ordinary sales process
  • Manage on-going interactions (phone, email, web), involving other internal resources when appropriate

Job Requirement

Summary of the Position:

This position is responsible handle all the machining project/ internal tool test to support sales & marketing application content in new/existing product/ad-hoc project.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Able to create a 3D CAD model of parts & mould cavity.
  • Able to create the CAM program for the parts.
  • Able to operate CNC milling machine for all the machining project.
  • Able to design jig & fixture for tool test centre to improve efficiency & productivity.
  • Prepare & provide all the marketing material (application content) to support Sales & marketing team.
  • Will be part of the R&D development team to participate in all new product developments/ad-hoc project to support product campaigns and promotions
  • Able to conduct internal training to team members on the CAD-CAM CNC machining programming expertise.

 

Qualifications and skills:

  • Experienced in CAD software (preferrable in Solidworks)
  • Experienced in CAM software (preferrable in Hypermill & Mastercam)
  • Experienced in 5-Axis machining is an added advantage.

Job Requirement

Responsibility

  • Operate machines that do not require critical skills but can provide a high work commitment because the machine will only run when operated.
  • Production Operators have good reading & counting skills.
  • Has good eyesight.

  • Make quality inspection before and after the process is done using quality inspection tools such as micrometers and others.
  • The Production Operator is also responsible for maintaining the machine operated and performing daily basic maintenance to ensure the machine can operate properly.

Responsibility

  • Have the skills to use test tools such as micrometers and others.
  • Responsible for maintaining the test equipment to be used and made daily basic maintenance for the equipment that can be used properly.
  • Have technical drawing reading skills provided .
  • Know the problems and products released.
  • QC operators work with supervisors / engineers / companies to reach the target group.
  • The QC operator performs all tasks / projects / activities entrusted by the supervisor / engineer / company.

 

Requirements

  • Secondary school, Certificates/Vocational/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Production or equivalent
  • Experience working in a Quality Control or Quality Checking environment
  • Able to reading, counting and measure drawing of the tools

Job Requirement

Responsibility

  • The Warehouse Operator will handle the company’s products received from other departments until the products are delivered to the customer.
  • Warehouse Operator must have skills for all processes available in the Warehouse department (Packing, invoicing, marking & labeling & etc).
  • The Warehouse Operator must have basic skills on customer codes and the basic demands that the customer wants.
  • Warehouse Operator is responsible for taking care of the tools used and make daily basic maintenance to ensure the tools can operate properly.
  • Warehouse Operators shall work with Supervisors and other colleagues to achieve group targets.

 

Requirements

  • SPM or Diploma in Logistic Management or equivalent
  • Proven experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as warehouse management software.
  • The ability to safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
  • The ability to lift and move heavy objects.
