Sales Executive (Japan Market)   ( 1 Position )

Job Requirement

Job Responsibility


  1. Deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor sales on an on-going basis
  • Manage the ordinary sales process
  • Manage on-going interactions (phone, email, web), involving other internal resources when appropriate
  • Advise on stocks management based on customer’s sales
  • Hold discussions to understand needs, concerns and opportunities
  • Coordinate the development and communication of special quotations


  1. Deliver effective key account management
  • Deliver insightful account analysis
  • Propose relevant strategic initiative to grow sales sustainably
  • Engage or inform Account Managers when appropriate
  • On-going monitoring and delivering of initiatives


  1. Manage sales for special tools
  • Periodically check for outstanding quotations and talk to customers to find-out and solve the roadblocks to deal closing
  • Coordinate with Quotation Specialist if any change required


  1. Help deliver promotions successfully
  • Support the effective delivery of sales campaigns
  • Provide ideas for promotions (both tools and mechanisms


  1. Manage customer claims
  • Liaise with QA to ensure a smooth claim management process
  • Collaborate with Sales Administration to process admin related claims


  1. Gather and share market insights
  • Capture and share customer insight with the relevant internal resources






  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English. Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
  • Proactive, result-oriented & analytical.
  • Good in Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Executive: 1-2 years of working experience in sales role.



Working hours : 5 working days a week, with flexi hours arrangement upon
